Thinking about it. Let’s say the NBA gives each player 5 PTO days on the year. Only can be used for non-injuries obviously.

Teams will just make up injuries (ex: sore groin) to have a player “rest”.

There really isn’t any full proof solution to this.

Only paid out if you're traded. Never rolled over. Zero sick days.

I use it for when the new 2k comes out, I use it when I want a long weekend, sometimes I use it just cause I feel like it.

I got like 50 days in the tank to just burn whenever. I usually only miss 1-3 days a year though

Do you also use it to collect clips for your dossiers and surveillance activities of other NTers? That has to take up at least 5 PTO days each year
