It goes against one's basketball instinct to have the ball swung and have to survey the floor for Steph. Instead of shooting, you have to spot Steph running along the baseline and curling for a three off a Draymond screen. And if you shoot instead, you get yelled at by Steph, Draymond and Kerr.
That’s why it was always about the right players. The team with guys like oubre etc, showed you that. Fit is a real thing. Prime warriors had one of the most unique and successful offenses in history. Players that could adapt and buy in saw great success

Especially a scorer. Draymond fits perfectly because scoring is the last thing on his mind (because he can't). Klay being a top 3 catch and shoot guy all time was also a great fit. Kudos to them for drafting those guys. But then you got a guy like Poole who has to second guess himself every time or else Steph is throwing his mouthpiece 90mph at some poor schmuck's face in the 10th row.
Wiseman was obviously the wrong pick, but Steph would have shipped LeMelo out of SF faster than he did Poole
