The Official Netflix Thread Tho: Recommend Streaming Movies

I’m not a big Bollywood fan but the movie ‘RRR’ is worth it. It’s 3 hours but doesn’t feels like it.

93% on rotten tomatoes.

My daughter and God sister watched it with me last night. One of the best films of the year after - Everything Everywhere All At Once.

I think I mentioned it before

It's one of the best movies I've seen this year

I was watching that at 3am in the morning and couldn't stop.

Has anyone seen both the HBO Woodstock doc and the Netflix one? I really liked the HBO one and was thinking of watching Netflix's but was wondering if most of the coverage is similar.

I watched both. I think I liked Netflix better, because it gave a timeline of events as it started going bad to worse

and it was covering details that I don't remember from the HBO one. Like Red Hot Chilli Peppers attitude and how they sort of egged the behavior on or the "security" for the event.

Also I don't recall them covering the daily briefings.

Dude also died a few months after filming it, so he was in it. I was wondering about the timeline and his involvement.

I don't necessarily watch Bollywood films but I'll give RRR a try. so far, there hasn't been a Bollywood movie that really impressed me. Korean films on the otherhand, are making a killing.

The sandman is out today.
Somebody Said the 24 hour diner episode is really good.
started Sandman today. I'm giving it a 6/10 so far. I'm still not into the same sex b.s. that they are trying to show and unnecessary. other than that, it's pretty ok.

Rednecks keep complaining about all the same sex bs on movies and shows but won't stop watching them.

I'm watching Lightyear right now and I can see why Jim Bob and Karen are upset.

Not sure who are the rednecks you are referring to which is irrelevant as far as criticism to the show is about unless they would have explicitly mentioned that it contains a significant amount of same sex debauchery.

Sandman episode 6 so far is a great episode. I give it a 9/10. Without the unneeded and irrelevant scenes derailing or is distracting to the story, was able to finish the episode without skipping. Beautifully done and stuck to the character development of the sandman. No b.s.

Rednecks have the same complaints about Netflix, HBO and even disney shows that you do. That's who I'm referring to. No one complains about the heterosexual debauchery on every show. Nothing is stopping Jim Bob from turning it off

3 hours though. I guess I have nothing better to do I'll check it out.

It's called criticism. Is Overemphasis on one's sexuality on the diner episode necessary not to mention the sexually suggestive conversations? About the heterosexual debauchery not getting any complaints, you haven't heard of game of thrones? I didn't have any issues with the same sex scenes with game of thrones as they didn't have to introduce on every scene and episode that some of the characters there were homosexuals. Although I felt the heterosexual sex scenes were too much.

I've never heard anyone "complain" about the heterosexual sex scenes and nudity on game of throne. More importantly I've never heard it framed as "heterosexual debauchery". Rednecks bring up same sex specifically in their complaints. Maybe you're a 10 year old child, stay away from MA rated shows.

there goes the personal attacks. you really make a sensible case going that "LOW" and use childish insults. since you are not intelligent enough to have a sensible discussion, consider yourself ignored til you grow a pair. maybe a 10 year old child had more logic than you which is embarrassing.

Man lol the redneck bothered by light homosexuality on screen is questioning people's intelligence.

People like you aren't exactly known for intelligence or logic. Word to Alabama and Mississippi.

What intelligent conversation am I supposed to have with a homophobe.

I'm like 5 episodes into the show and I expected to see some constant gay porn and I was disappointed.
