90's are more narrow than some sneakers, however I have a wider foot and wear my true size comfortably.

Ordered the limes and the white 97 WWs in late March (~17th). Limes came from their warehouse (perfect condition), but the 97s came from one of their stores and it had a blood stain in the lining of the right shoe. Both arrived on the 24th of March. Called CS that day and they apologized and emailed me the return slip and a coupon. I shipped the 97s back the same day. They got them on the 29th, and then nothing.

Sent an email half way through April because they weren’t taking calls, and the CS rep tells me a refund for the full amount of my order was issued on the 24th of March. That obviously wasn’t right. Waited until they were taking calls again. This ended up being the 26th of April. I spoke to the original rep I spoke with a month earlier and she says the refund was sent on April 23. Cool. Another two weeks pass and nothing.

I reach out to them again and of course they’re not taking calls, so I respond to the email from mid April, and, you guessed it, nothing.

Finally called Amex, filed a charge back, and I’m letting them sort it out.

That’s the canvas that will clean up back to near new with a cold wash in the machine with clear liquid washing detergent.
Don’t use blue or green liquid and don’t use powder.

And definitely no bleach, **** will yellow.
Spray the toebox with oxyclean and don’t even let it sit in, immediately wash them.

Speaking of washing Sneakers in the machine.

After about 100miles walking, 100 test drives, in and out of 200vehicles and traversing a dirty *** blacktop for the last 6-7weeks my Spruce finally lost their shiny new luster. It wasn’t until yesterday that I accidentally came toe to tire on a dirty *** greased up 37in tire that left a big *** brown oil smudge on the toebox(the mesh portion) that left me no choice but to wipe down my Spruce with an old white sock to remove surface dirt, douse the toebox and sock liner with oxy clean spray and fire up the Washing machine.

19minutes later, they looked like this....

Yeah, they dropped this past Monday. I gotta say though that after having them in hand, mine are going back. Guess I didn’t realize that they’re not recrafts, but the lower price of $120 makes sense now. The shape is hard to overlook after so many fantastic OG retros.

There's a thing called "magic eraser sponge". It cleanse gently but effectively!
