It was a LEO, basically a mini-raffle. Say they have 10k pairs, they wait until say 500k people hit buy now and then they run a raffle of those accounts. That way you don't have to be first, which is always a bot, you just have to be in that first group. That's why you almost always get "in line" these days. Everything that's hyped at all is a LEO.
