Apologies for being lazy, but on those Mars 90s...how's the sizing?

I'm a true 14, and AM90s fit perfectly in a 14. I've never tried the vac version or whatever build the Mars pair is. I've got narrow feet, so I'm not worried about width...just don't like shoes running short. And I already know a 15 would just flop off my foot.
