Yeah I’ve been wearing my, but I also rocked my back in the day and never kept them on ice. If you suddenly wear them after years of not, they’ll probably come apart.

The reason I wouldn’t buy any OGs at what I assume are expensive prices is … the upper. Not the soles. The OGs were not a very durable shoe in terms of the thin upper overlays, which crack and split easily. Doesn’t necessarily affect performance or wearability, but it looks like crap. Just my $0.02.

I remember at the time, I had the same guy sell me the 1s, 3s, and 6s as they released. I was convinced I needed the prelude 5s in a size 15, which were hard to come by (only in Europe maybe?) so I passed on the size 14. Could've had them for $300.

Anyone have experience in Kobe 7's? I found a bargain of those, but know absolutely nothing about these, and some Googling makes me even more confused. Seller said they come with a stock insole, which I think is the "Play Fast"-insole? Also hows the performance on these, or are they just purely a collectors item?

Most CWs only came with the one drop-in. Performance is not great compared to the 4-6 and 8.

They look really cool though, and they're not horribly uncomfortable if you have narrow feet or go up half a size.

The 7s usually came in with the Play Fast insole (low cut). They also had a "Supreme" version, that came with both the Play Fast and Play Strong version but only the Del Sol and Concord Colorways came with those. Performance wise, they're a bit stiff. Least favorite Kobes to play in, but one of my most favorite silhouettes.
