My friend gifted me the AD NXT FF for getting him this same sweatshirt. He said they were just sitting because he didn't like the lacing system, or lack thereof. They're a size too big, but nothing the Elite No Show + Dri-Fit running sock can't fix.

Going on vacation so I'll try them on the court the weekend after next. Hopefully they'll allow me to rest the AD NXT's.

Speaking of vacation & the AD NXT, they're pretty much the only Kobes I have left to wear casually.
Bought the '22/'23 just in time for Clearwater next week.

Personally I think Kobes go best with Laker apparel. Obviously Inline V's would've been perfect, but...

What I got. Shts are straight up genie pants.

Mind you, I did order a 3X, but I thought they were going to be tapered & not some LA City Edition Let Me Talk to Your Manager 2023's.

I'm just gonna turn them into some Rasheed Wallace style basketball shorts, because these are the City Edition shorts in 3XL.

Shorts are at my waist & damn near above my knees. I blame James Harden, Russell Westbrook & the other metro dressing NBA dudes of today. SMH.

Anyway, minus the Please Hammer Don't Hurt 'Em sweats I like how the other gear looks with both pair of the AD NXT's.

I wouldn't even be mad at you wearing the pants like that, but I'm still stuck in the 90s and first part of the 2000s and usually don't like sweat pants with the cuffed bottoms. Nike's sizing on a lot of its gear is mad irritating, though. Usually I'm just a L in everything, but then sometimes I get stuff and it's off, but for me it's usually too small. Sweatshirts in particular I generally need to go up to XL because the L is too short. Same thing happens every once in a while with t shirts. Shorts are often all over the map.
