The medial side of the elites reminds me of the base 9s and the XII base model reminds me of the 9 elite. With that being said... I always thought Grizz was black

The elites look awful. Overall i'm just disappointed with this years new basketball models, especially after last years (kd is a step up though, but I prefer lebron/kobes). Nike should coin the term "money saved", like it does for "just do it", for the year 2015.
