He's an awful passer, but the team also managed to shoot 4-42 from 3 (JB made 1), so that didn't help his chances at actually getting any assists

Won't happen for at least a year, if ever. Any trade they'd make with him is just a lateral move. They'd make a trade and then immediately be looking for someone like him that can C&S at a high level and score without dominating the ball much, on top of being a solid defender.

Team needs a PG and/or an actual 3rd guy. They're going to exhaust whatever options they can to do that before even thinking about trading him.

Personality wise though he brings great balance next to Embiid and Simmons who are pretty out there sometimes
