Not like he’s capable of doing it already but I feel like KD drops at least 30 after being away for a while
Dude is such an elite scorer you know he can go for 30 in his sleep, but he doesn't even care or try. LOL. Dude just trying to win rings and hoop the right way.

Having touch is a talent

I also dont think he actually looks at the rim when he's going 100 mph driving to the hoop. Just look at the rim when you're driving instead of just throwing it up thinking it'll fall in.

Not everything is about putting english on the ball and finding angles that shorter guards have to master.

its modern physics lol without touch, the ball gonna be having the same momentum as Rust

He's noticeably worse as the years go by though. You don't just lose touch. Sure he might've just dunked everything before. He's def doing something different now.

I really feel like he doesnt look at the rim. Its like people who cant look up while dribbling.

My Cavs gotta get through this covid stretch

and homie in here thinking Steph gonna play 12 more years which puts him at year 25 and catch Bron in all time scoring, just when you thought you heard it all

you can definitely lose touch. touch isnt just on layups, its also on jumpshot. Guys who get zero rotation on shots have poor touch

This is true too. I remember Tony Parker saying his looked all his layup attempts in.

When I think of touch I think of big men around them rim (Pause). Like a Hakeem, Amare, Duncan etc. Or a guard that can finish (Kyrie, Trae, etc). I don’t really equate it to a jump shot.

Ask russ if touch matters when it comes to shooting. He has some of the worst misses ever.

Touch is weird. Shaq couldn’t make free throws but didn’t miss those hooks.

Lonzo can’t make a layup but has turned himself into a knockdown shooter.
it definitely is. im a lefty and have touch on my jumpers (lefty) but layups its nowhere as good as i am with the right hand

Curious could Steph actually come close to the points record. The start of this year he is at 18,434 points, could he play another 12 seasons the way he plays? Focus more on his outside game and less inside as he gets older. Don't think he will but wouldn't be surprised
That’s just 1 stat though. He’ll never catch Bron in ast, reb, blks, MVPs, FMVPs, they’re not in the same tier. In fact Steph is like 2 tiers back. Steph is closer to Steve Nash than he is to Lebron.
