looked like he banged knees, but kinda worried since he didn't react until a few steps

Still need the Dubs to lose too though

Too many variables for that level of risk imo, just hope that initial optimism is founded and that he's alright. Kidd's gonna catch hell if it's serious
Right but they played at the same time. You either gotta go for it or not just like the Celtics did today

it’s easy in hindsight to just say he should have sat

Agreed…….

But try telling Luka “not to play”. He’s not having it.

Man F the playoffs right now if you’re a Mavs fan. It’s not worth it, honestly. His future is way more important.

You play the game. That same injury could happen in a practice. Hindsight injury takes are head scratchers to me. The only one i agree with is that players shouldn’t play back to backs and/or play heavy minutes - injuries happen when you’re tired apart from freak ones.

Edit: Really unfortunate for the Mavs hate to see a superstar (or anyone) not be able to play under the brightest lights

KD had that Calf Strain before tearing his Achilles. Remember everyone thought GS rushed KD back….

It’s not worth it Mavs. Just take the L.

even if it is a minor strain (grade 1), he would be out a 1-2 weeks and that is being optimistic
time to shut him down. good season, but it aint worth the risk

God damn turn injuries off man

The worry is that Luka has a calf strain and may have to play 40ish minutes on it in a few days

Damn man. They have a real shot to make it out of the west too
