Too many variables for that level of risk imo, just hope that initial optimism is well founded and that he's alright. Kidd's gonna catch hell if it's serious

Right but they played at the same time. You either gotta go for it or not just like the Celtics did today

You play the game. That same injury could happen in a practice. Hindsight injury takes are head scratchers to me. The only one i agree with is that players shouldn’t play back to backs and/or play heavy minutes - injuries happen when you’re tired apart from freak ones.

Edit: Really unfortunate for the Mavs hate to see a superstar (or anyone) not be able to play under the brightest lights

I thought so as well. It's really hard to Guage anything that happens over there though. I can never know what's truly real of anything in Sacramento.

even if it is a minor strain (grade 1), he would be out a 1-2 weeks and that is being optimistic
time to shut him down. good season, but it aint worth the risk
