regular backpack, most of the ones i rock with have a ton of little pockets that work well for the majority of lenses i have...
stopping down your aperture, filters (preferably an neutral density filter), increasing shutter speed...some photographers use apps that indicate how the light falls/what direction the light is coming from for any given location?
i have an nex 6, the predecessor to the a6000, and at least one person in here has the a6000 that would probably rate it pretty well, it is an AWESOME camera on the specs at the pricepoint & this being your 1st serious camera (and if you don't really have the experience of shooting with a traditional dslr) it will be relatively easy to learn to use, because it is SUPER customizable (kind of a double edged sword with this though)...but it does come with some caveats, the sony's, to me anyways, are a bit more computer than camera and that seems to be a love/hate thing with people...it is also VERY fiddly on the controls, very easy to change a setting inadvertently, lastly the lens selection, though there are more options now, is still way behind canon, nikon, and micro 4/3rds cameras (though you can, through cheap adapters, put ANY lens on the camera but you lose the ability to autofocus and metadata from the lens), which can be frustrating when you want to try different options...[/quote]

Shot the waves from 2009-2013 w a gopro. For the past year I've been using DSLR in water housing.

I saw these bags browsing somewhere. Looks cool but I hate bags that you have to take off to get your camera gear. I do like how you can fit a decent amount of stuff in it and stiBag looks solid though but it is $250.

I got an Incase. I think it really is the best bag for the price. Carries minimal things and gets your camera out super fast, especially in city environments.

And The Hundreds even has a new camera bag. I think their is two versions already with one unzipping from the side and the other just from the top but they seem solid enough bags. They were literally $60 a week ago too.

^^^^Seriously! I am almost about to pull the trigger on it. I am looking at their IG account and even if it wasn't a camera bag, it just looks nice. They actually started as a Kickstarter campaign back in 2012.

That 250 is steep :lol

The Hundreds bag is nice, but I need something to hold a tripod.

I've just been using my NF Recon :lol Put gear in the main compartment and my tripod in the side compartment :lol The buckles hold it so it doesn't move around.

I do use the 200DG when I travel tho.

i'm looking to buy my first serious camera, can anyone suggest a mirrorless camera.. i was looking at the Sony a6000.

-should i go for something else.. i'm looking to not spend much.. 6-700 dollar range.. and i'd like to get something new and not used.. something compact but with an interchangeable  lens, i'm open to any other suggestions..

I was just in Bestbuy playing around with one of theses.

I like this cam

I have a lowepro bag my dad gave to me and my tripod has it's own carrying case so I just lug those around. although last night I just set my camera on my tripod and carried it around just like that on my shoulder

But there's a few bags that Sprayground has that I'd like to re-utilize for me like the graffiti utility bag they have

I'm using my Nike SB backpack to carry all my stuff (2 35mm film SLR's, a 50mm lens, 35mm lens, 28mm lens, and my Mark II body)

Everything gets banged up but oh well...

That Langly bag looks like something I would wear... def!
