So fellas, I need some suggestions. With Black Friday coming up, I think I can find some deals on some things. 

If you had to choose: 35mm 1.4, 50mm 1.5 or the 85mm 1.4. I'm currently with a D600 and 24-70mm. Just looking for a nice prime. My main goal one day is to be a wedding photographer, if that helps in the decisioning, lol.

I had a 35mm 1.8 on a cropped body before, and it was pretty good, but never personally handled the other two.

I'm going to assume you ment 50mm f1.4. Given the 3 you have in mind I would go with the middle considering its the cheapest of the 3. Depends on how wide you need it. However, the 24-70mm will cover all except the 85mm.

I'm trying to get my hands on a cheap 28mm (f1.8 I think) because I cannot afford the 24mm f1.4.. Want that lens bad.

I forget the last time I visited this thread but I wanted to share these next images. Three weeks after Hurricane Sandy devastated the East Coast, I went to Far Rockaway, New York, to see the damage first hand. Below are eighteen photos I took two days ago. Most of the damage I witnessed happened along the beach where the residents are more well off. Still, the damage was immense and people have been displaced because of this. Donate to the relief efforts here.

Rokinon 8mm f/3.5 fisheye...Reviews says its a decent made lens so it shouldn't be as bad. I think they make them for Canon and Nikon
