Now that it's been confirmed that the annuity doesn't die when you die, it's handed over to your estate. Yea I'd have to take the annuity on this one, god forbid, if I freeze to death at the top of Mt. Everest in 10 years, my fam is taking care of by my estate and trusts for another 20 years.
