Jus hit customer service due to an exchange/return misunderstanding. Didn't know there were no exchanges when using paypal. Ordered a jacket during the last 25% sale, was too all. So I had to reorder it and the guy gave me 30% off and free next day air. A1 service right there...

Both. I had an exchange on one item and returned another. Seperate transactions. On the return they put it on my debit card (other option was a gc) and they made me pay the shipping cost.
