Lawsonshould have made it over Curry. Unfortunately rookie game picks havebeen far more dependent on minutes than productivity; Curry hasn't beenbad but Lawson has been vastly better.

Ihad no expectation that I would need to defend this statement, butenough people apparently believe Curry is better that I guess I must.Per-minute, they create just as many shots and score just as manypoints, but Lawson has more assists, fewer turnovers and shoots ahigher percentage; plus, he periodically guards people. The onlydifference is that Lawson was drafted by a team that already hadChauncey Billups, so he only plays 22 minutes a game. But he's clearlybeen better.
