Well everything isn't for everybody

Took me two months to beat that game and loved every second of it

Mad Max is probably top 3 game of the year for me. 49% done and only finished 8 story missions.

 Car and hand-to-hand combat is very well done.

I haven't played it but it just seemed a little to close to the mechanics in shadow of mordor. Is it that much better?

I'd say the closer comparison would be Far Cry, even though it is 3rd person. I disliked SoM when I played it. 

The story in Mad Max might be it's weakness, but it isn't bad.

Nah cause to be honest, no way I'd be up on that mountain after 2 of my friends died the year before. Don't care what Josh wanted.

I was watching Netflix and I tried to pause it with X and it wouldn't work

Now only the start and directional buttons work no matter what I do

I tried several controllers too

Anyone ever experience this?

PS3 by the way

Sounds like a Netflix app issue, because I don't have that issue on the PS4 version. Does your Dpad work with other media apps or just in general?

Posted this about a week ago, just wanted to check again and see if anyone had had this problem before and been able to resolve it themselves

Got the CE-34878-0 error code while playing Fallout, now I'm getting it on every single application, from games to Netflix. Pretty much did every fix I could find on internet. Re-initialization, re-built data base, took out hard drive and wiped it clean on my laptop then did the re-install with the software from a USB and still can't do anything other than navigate the PS4 menu. Anybody have this happen to them with literally everything? Not sure if it's the hard drive now or the actual system...really don't want to send it in to Sony

I had a similiar issue with Destiny a few months ago, but it only happened with Destiny, I had to delete Destiny and reinstall it and everything was fine.

1. Did you put it in safemode before rebuilding the database? https://support.us.playstation.com/articles/en_US/KC_Article/Safe-Mode-PS4/

2. Do you have the PSEye btw? Look at this: https://support.us.playstation.com/scea_searchresults?lang=en_US&selStr=CE-34878-0

Since you did everything you may have to call Sony at this point. They will walk you through everything and if the problem still persist, they will send you a coffin. Sorry bro.

Aren't they just a shell of what they used to be? Thought they pretty much gutted the company some time after MW2 release.

Yeah that's why they got Sledgehammer to help finish work on MW3 since they didn't have enough people to help finish the game before its scheduled release

MW3 was really good.

I'm not against a revamp but I did enjoy Unity and I'm liking Syndicate so far. It'd be cool if they put AC on ice for a bit a dropped a new Prince of Persia game.
