anybody switch out torn thumbsticks? did a DIY on my controller cause it seemed like a fairly easy process, which it was. But I'm pretty sure I shorted something as the controller doesnt turn on now |I

you make sure that the battery was plugged in properly

or

that the battery wires weren't being pinched

or

that the light bar strip was plugged in all the way

Yeah as soon as I reassembled it I took it apart to make sure everything was secure. What do you mean by the battery wire being pinched?
