Had the same problem. You have to do like a bunch of skinner quests then skinner gets mad and tells you he needs willie to clean up the school.

I stored the school and brought it back out, nothing :-/

I don't think thats the problem. It just happens over time like all the other quests. Just gotta wait it out.

Is that how you got him?...I thought the tasks had to be requested in order for them to work towards unlocking more characters and tasks, this **** has me frustrate now

i'm on level 20 and the game loses its appeal fast if it werent for the halloween special..
these developers are sneaky with the placement of using donuts. i've painfully clicked them a few times by accident when i was collecting money..
a few tips, don't expand too fast, farm the pink houses they're every 4 hours?, dont gamble the dog races (its a scam), to get more candies from visit town - try to click on the halloween properties
