Personally, I want to stay out here and continue to grow in my career. But, at the same time, I have to look at what's best for my family. My wife has had a hard time adjusting out here and my daughter doesn't have any other kids to play with. Family is all on the West Coast and that's been tough on my wife, because her family is close.

It sucks that I'd be moving back to CA, but my main goal is to ensure my family is happy.

Money will come and go, I  just need to accept the fact that all my decisions, isn't just about me.

They are Filipino communities out here, but not really in the area where I live. Finding a Filipino grocery store with food to go is comforting though lol.

We'll see what happens when I get a call back. Worst thing that could happen is that they decide to not fly me out for an interview and I'll continue my job out here.
