It's weird though cause at the same time, they are finishing up a huge remodel of a mall here that added more retail space

H&M and Zara have done more damage to retail than the internet I think, at least for clothing

well, specifically fashion

cause of the amount of design they steal

fast fashion kind of destroyed the traditional release timing for brands

i worded that wrong saying its hurting retail, its more hurting traditional brands

it amps up so high in the beginning that it fails to meet that expectation again and falls kind of flat

and they couldn't decide who the bad guy was

Anyway.. minimum wage went up so everything else is going up..

Yeah, it's crazy. Moving away from CA, I realized how high the taxes are out there. I mean VA has some stupid fees too, but man. Gas tax? Sheesh.
