A young brother gotta get to this money. Looks like I'll be substitute teaching at the same school my mom teaches at.
Never in a million years would I see myself teaching (even temporarily), and at my mom's school to boot, desperate times call for desperate measures.

 First off, good luck my fellow brethren. You're going to be missed, always dropping useful info in all threads.

Second, if you don't mind me asking, what do you do/are you going to be doing? Government job?

I've been doing Government Contracts as a Contract/Acquisition Specialist for the past few years since 2009. I've just switched between Government and Contractor side of things. I'm a Contractor currently but still have to go through the process of background checks and badging before going back to the Government work site of the client I support (Office of Secretary of Defense).


When I'm at my companies office here in Vienna/Tysons, I can wear laid back clothing and have unrestricted internet access to NT (hence while I have been crushing time on here). I have been working on a different program this summer waiting for my paperwork to finish up and I got the email last week.


I'll still be up and around here.....just not as much. I posted more this Summer than in 8 years or so.

Bought this road bike last week and have been riding around non-stop.....picking up a new hobby to help the knees out when I'm playing basketball too.


I'm 6'4 230 after gaining a lot of muscle/weight this year....I used to eat non stop trying to soak up the protein and such and my metabolism has finally slowed down at age 27 now.



Just dropped $375 on a Vitamix Blender too. This thing has me wanting to liquify all my meals....just cause.

omg yeah...it's like finding treasure. sometimes when I find a new track/artist/slap etc.. I'll have the biggest smile on my face..

I have a really bad habit of replaying songs I find over and over again until it's killed in my mind..get tired of the song for a while lol

No, I pre-ordered last Friday at BB, so I'll just walk in when they notify me it's ready to be picked up.

I think you all may luck out going to your local Apple Store, Best Buy, Walmart, Radioshack, etc. if you don't want to wait two weeks.
