i wouldn't say always, but i guess if you have older pieces from the 90s compared to now its gonna be slightly different than what it was. cause the 90's tommy joints are cut bigger cause that was the extremely baggy era. my cousin rocks his older 90's tommy gear his dad owned in the vault, i seen a co-worker back in nyc/nj have newer stuff. just don't know if the real heads / streets have caught up to the wave.
