the thread about nothing...

I tend to be positive, but I'm not buying this. He probably got hurt dicking around doing something he should not have been doing or in a pickup game.

I remember when Boozer signed to the Bulls. He broke his hand. They said he tripped on a bag officially. Everyone however believes that he punhced something.
That's always a possibility.

I kind of expected the Lakers to bend over for LeBron's demands. He did that during Cleveland, what made you think he'd stop and let Magic and Rob build the team?

Nah. It was expected.
I completely understand that, which is why I was laughing when he said I'm here for the long haul and want to grow with this team. No, you want load up with a front office you'll actually like personally while improving your off the field investments. Nothing wrong with that at all, but caving to his demands is what got the Cavs ****** in the first place when he left for Miami

It's amazing what one good night of rest can do for you.

Yesterday I felt dead in the water

Today I feel like I can swim for miles

I mean this metaphorically.. I'm not actually swimming lol

Damn. In the nba thread I've been arguing the merits of signing short term contracts vs long term.

John Wall is a classic case of someone who made the right choice by signing the longer contract.

Good for him. Really bad for the team.

Met with a firm last fall about a potential position.

Very small firm, so back then they changed their mind on hiring because one of their employee decided to not go back to school.

Told them to keep in touch as I'm graduating in April 2019 anyway.

They called me for a second interview next week :hat

Well, he had the opportunity to sign a super max deal. Why wouldn't want to sign that deal with that money?
