To turn off data for just Spotify u can pick it in the cellular page in settings. Just press off for Spotify so u can still have data for other apps

Injured my left shoulder on Monday. Not sure how since I didn’t hit the gym that day. Started to ache and tighten up and gradually gotten worst through the night. Still can’t raise up my arm. This pain is taking a lot of my energy but the sharp pain isn’t as strong today.
