I've been so depressed recently. Trying to shock my body out of it. Went from sluggishly getting up at 8am being late for work everyday to waking up at 530 and going ot the gym and making it to work on time, sleeping earlier, not drinking. Still feel like garbage. hopefully a month of it and ill notice a difference.

I was about to book my next haircut and realized barber I go to increased his prices. Whack.
