You’re upset I said he was playing victim (often said on nt) but like to ignore that Trump-esque name calling he said to me many times right before I said it.

We attempted to do so last year, but our order, like many production orders placed just prior to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, was not fulfilled.
We’ve shifted our focus to domestically manufactured products for the time being. I can’t promise new hats this year unless we switch brands, but we are hoping to release some new items to raise more money for charity this fall. I appreciate your interest and support!

And yet, here you are continuing to engage in petty name calling against him - in violation of both our rules and your own word - and alleging favoritism, without irony, in a thread from which he has been permanently banned and you have not.
Both of you should be ashamed of the offensive comments you posted. Khufu stopped doubling down, antagonizing you, and blaming you for the harm caused by his statement.

Until you can, the double standard you should be focusing on is the one you’re applying to yourself.
Your words caused harm, too, whether you intended for them to not - and yet all you seem to care about is yourself.
Think about how you felt each time he’d make excuses to rationalize what you knew to be an offensive comment. You didn’t think you were “playing the victim” by objecting to that comment, do you? You don’t think it’s right for anyone to dismissively urge you to “get over it,” or to call you “Karen” for reporting a post. Stop acting like a hypocrite.
If you think you’re somehow better than or different from him: prove it. Accept responsibility for your mistakes and stop repeating them. If you’re above a petty Internet grudge, act like it. When’s the last time he mentioned you? When’s the last time he called you a name? You haven’t even gone 48 hours since insulting him.
Pull yourself together and be the person you think you are.

That's what I assumed - and that's why we don't have new hats in the works at present. If our order from last year can go through, great, but we're focused on products that are more within our control for the time being. (T-shirts, stickers, etc.)

As is obvious, I in no way ignored his comments. Also clear in the full message is the context in which I criticized your use of the phrase "playing the victim." You directed it at a Black man discussing racism in the George Floyd thread.
So what's really getting ignored here: Khufu's comments, or yours?
He said almost the exact same thing in defense of his post.
You want me to accept that excuse for you and reject it for him. The truth is, we should be less concerned with "intent" than effect. If you stand on someone's foot by accident, but you're unwilling to apologize or change your behavior afterward, you might as well have done it intentionally. If your goal was to avoid causing harm, then the harm is what should concern you - not your intentions.
So far, you've demonstrated absolutely zero contrition for using a loaded phrase like "playing the victim" in the George Floyd thread.
Whatever your initial intent, if your attitude now is "I don't care if that offends you," then you can't continue to claim innocence.

You're asking me to "tell him to keep it cool" while complaining - two months after the fact - about the message I sent both of you requesting exactly that. You think he should stop "@ing other nter’s to engage with him when he knows he’s not going to get a response", and here you are bravely insulting him within a thread he cannot reply to.
