Real ****ed up situation and I’ve been there before. I had an upstairs neighbor develop a crack in his bathtub so whenever he showered the water would just drop onto the roof of my bathroom and eventually drop into my bathtub. I didn’t want it spreading anywhere else so I cut a hole in the roof of my bathroom (right over the tub) where all the water can directly fall in and not spread to any other spots in my apartment. Glad I did because our slumlord took his sweet *** time just to LOOK at what the problem was
Water leakage is the worst. I’m just glad that it looked it had just happened not too long before I got home. Don’t even want to imagine if this had been going on all day. Here’s the culprit. The plastic connector that holds the line broke.

Isn’t it funny how a small piece of plastic can cause so much trouble? So random for it to break too, not like it’s a moving part or anything. Glad you can get it fixed now. I suggest getting the entire hose instead of just that one piece.

Maintenance guys came first thing this morning. They did end up just replacing the entire line. Their carpet guy just so happens to be also on the property today. He'll be coming over later on today.
Sucks you had a slumlord. I've been fortunate to have had quick acting property managers.

About a french rap(p)er / Never liked his music even way before learning this / French brand Lacoste is unlucky : they took 2 rappers as égeries, and they're both into sexual assaults, but this one is the more "complete" about rottenness 
The 26-year-old defendant was checked in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, while he was the subject of a search warrant for aggravated refusal to comply, according to a police source. Moha La Squale first managed to escape on foot before being caught and "hardly handcuffed" by three police officers, according to the same source.
He was indeed the subject of a search warrant because he is accused of a "motorcycle rodeo on May 21 in the twentieth arrondissement of Paris" during which he allegedly, according to a source close to the case, "refused to comply with requests to stop and failed to run into a girl in her flight ".
For these facts, the rapper must also be tried for "conduct that compromises the safety of road users or disturbs the public peace", an offense created in 2018 to fight against "rodeos".
Nominated for the Victoires de la musique 2019, the artist with long hair, passed by the Cours Florent, was spotted with "freestyles" posted on Facebook and Youtube, where we see him rapping in his Parisian district of "La Banane "in Ménilmontant. He then became known to the general public with his title Luna, released in 2018.
At least five complaints of sexual violence
Before emerging on the music scene and in parallel with his career, the rapper faced several legal proceedings. According to information from our colleagues at Liberation, he was already imprisoned in Fleury-Mérogis remand center in 2013. In 2019, Moha la Squale is back in court, this time in Reunion for "death threats with weapons ". Facts for which he was fined 90 days according to the local news site Zinfos974.
More recently, it is for much heavier charges that he is in the crosshairs of justice. An investigation was opened last September by the Paris prosecutor's office for willful violence, sexual assault, death threats but also kidnapping. At least five women, aged 23 to 28, have filed a complaint by providing "the police with rather long testimonies" according to their lawyer, Me Thibault Stumm. The case is still ongoing.

I beginning to realize some women don’t mind cheat as much as they put on(who wants to be with someone no one else wants?). Act hurt because you’re supposed then act stupid because now you have an excuse to act out and get more attention. Some just hypocrites tho. I had a homeboy I watched cheat on his girl repeatedly.
