To aid in weakening my emotional attachment to food and treating it as nothing more than fuel or medicine. If I truly wish to do this, then I should not be adding unnecessary flavor to food.



- more and better material items for myself, better living conditions
- take care of/help my mother financially if she needs or wants it

I am horrible at faking a smile in pictures. I l will literally start uncontrollably shaking. The thing is, my mind be calm :lol:
