What have you tried to ease your mind/pain?

At that time, nothing.

I would describe myself as a strict father. Constant reminders of doing better, focusing on self what have you. After posting that, I just went and played with my kids. Didnt instruct. Was just being a kid with them. Definitely took my mind away from my mood yesterday. And has carried over into today.
