just imagine if you went further west. even worse. I remember going from London to the West Coast. couldn't sleep for a few days like I used to.When I came back from London, arrived like in the evening in NY or something and had work the very next day. I aint feel too tired when I started my day but I guess the time zone screwed me more than I thought, yo I slept for like 3 hours on my hour lunch break.
