Got one as a gift. It was bought at a local jewelry store. Not sure how much it was. It's wrapped in leather.  I paid like 20 to get my initials engraved on the bottom from the same store (Clevengers Jewelers). Reminds me I need to find it. I heard J.Crew had them for a decent price. You can pretty much get them from anywhere.
