Basically I saw the 2 (It was a couple, male and female, 19 and 20) scoping out the store an hour before they entered and they saw me talking into my walkie and **** so they knew who I was and who I worked for. 2 rolls around and they go in the store and just start selecting a bunch of stuff, my boss grabs cuffs and sets up outside the store, I was backing up on cameras so I didn't head out yet, they start popping tags in the store, and go into a corner where we can barely see what they're doing. The girl grabs all the bras and panties she picked up and rolls em up in her jacket and goes in the restroom, my coworker goes in the restroom to see what she's doing and she left her stall door open and she's putting on all the bras and stuffing the panties in her pants. I'm watching the dude and he just starts rolling up the shirts and shoving em down his pants. My coworker comes back up to the office, I grab a set of cuffs and head outside, they start walking towards the mall so I had to run all the way around the store to get to the mall entrance.
Before I go in I ask my boss to authorize me to just grab the dude and not identify myself since they already recognize me, he gives me clearance and I go into the mall. As soon as I get inside I see them like 10 feet from our store so I run up to them and before I can do anything the dude lets off 3 swings and I catch a 3 piece special to the jaw, but dude hits like a girl so I eat the punches and just go for it. I grabbed him by his shirt, spun him around and finally cockback, pull him in, and deck him right in the eye, his girl tries to sucker punch me but my boss comes out of nowhere and throws her against the wall and cuffs her. Me and ol boy are still scrapping until I slam him into the wall, and pick him up, I lost my balance so I was going down with him so I just decided to throw my weight into it and drive him face first into the floor. He's dazed, almost out, but he puts his hands up and gives up, I flip him over and drop a knee in his back and cuff him.
We start escorting them back to the office and I have his right arm jacked up over his shoulder (mind you he's still cuffed so he's on the verge of tears) he starts telling me to put his arm down, I tell him to shut the **** up and we bring em into the office. I had to step out since my boss and store manager said they can see I still wanna deck the dude so I need to go blow off some steam and come back. Cops show up 5 minutes later, I give 'em the details, dude starts threatening me with an assault charge but goes hush mouth after I tell him it's all on video. Him and his girl get charged with assault and robbery, we knew where they worked so I called his boss and got him fired too, no shame, dude can rot for all I care.
Pretty sure I'm gonna be in court in a month or two for it tho.
