umm, because welbeck flourishes under hodgson. Just like neymar, the dude is a different player on the international level. You will need his defense to disrupt De rossi and Pirlo. 

ox is not fit. Lallana is going to be the main sub for wayne if he can't play all 90. England wants to play counter offense, with sterling and welbeck on the wings. Lets see if Italy can match the speed on the outside.
