I just don't see the point in calling him a fanboy or comparing him to anyone. Seems irrelevant. He may sound like someone and might have some of the same content as other artists but overall the dude is pretty damn unique.

I have a feeling a lot of his fans will buy the physical... if he can get someone like me to, then I know others for sure will.
