The trade I’ve been thinking of is something with Horford for Jrue. The Pelicans were the other team that were all in on trying to sign Horford and pay him the money we did. I just wonder if the start the Pelicans have gotten off to would make them change their minds on having him there on that contract.

Yeah they were trying to have both of them. Not just 33 year old Horford and the garbage Mini Lakers

ALA hate is so strong that it's transferred to an entirely new team just for having former Lakers #foreverrentfree

you love to see it

I wonder what team would like to get involved with some type of three team deal involving Horford that would bring us CP3.

Where is the market for a 33 yr old center who's making 27+ a year four the next four seasons?

Only a team who's in serious contention for a title would consider it

Forget if it was Windhorst or Macmahon or someone else but they floated Conley for CP. CP has one more year than Conley's deal

Big Sixers thread coulda been avoided if they ain’t sign Horford for whatever reason and made some moves for some shooters/playmakers...Orlando can help em again with a Fournier for Simmons swap tho

Utah would have to throw in a pick or young player too, right? Just getting rid of one crappy contract for a less crappy contract doesn’t seem like it would be enough.

part of this is on Ben

but part of this is on the 76ers too. He’s shown who he is as a player. For the 76ers to continue to play Ben Simmons at pg is borderline incompetent and negligent. His issues would be mitigated tremendously if he was a playmaking 4 instead of a 1 who doesn’t shoot off the dribble (being bad at shooting and not shooting are two different things. Can’t work with the latter)

Any of yall watch CBB? I’m watching kansas vs villanova and it just dawned on me that gus johnson looks almost identical to gus fring. I’m late but this cant be accidental

Maybe. With guys like Love and CP I wouldn't exactly call those positive assets. Conley expires after next season but still, I think you're right there would need to be some other pieces involved

****** up part about the Sixers is that they don't even have real salary to add to a Simmons trade assuming they don't want to package any of their core guys.

Spencer Dinwiddie is averaging 25 & 7 since Kyrie went down, Him Kyrie, Levert isn't gonna work in the long run... that's not even factoring in KD.

If i'm the Nets i'm calling the Sixers right now and offering up a package around Spencer & one of Joe Harris or Levert.

Yeah, OKC and GSW have no pressure to trade anyone. Gallo is the one that might be moved if anything maybe even Schroeder
