Mitchell needs to start passing the ball again and stop forcing contested shots like he had been doing to start the season

Yep pretty much my thoughts as well. I don’t think the Cs/Raptors/Sixers match up poorly with them necessarily, but I’d be pretty shocked if any of the East teams were able to take them out when they have home court.
My last year’s prediction was that Bucks would edge out Raps in the ECF

Luckily I was wrong 🤗

Giannis is a different player these days. More willing to take 3s and looks comfortable taking fadeaway turnarounds from midrange more routinely. The raptors ploy of making a wall around the restricted circle isn't going to work as well in the playoffs.

he's shooting 36 percent in the midrange and 31% from 3. i'm sure the raptors and everyone else will be thrilled if he continues to take those shots.

Rudy needs to prove he can't be schemed off the floor and at the same time prove that he can take advantage of personnel

He certainly didn't do any of these in their first match up

Rudy just isn’t the center to make you pay for going small. Coach Snyder is great so maybe he can figure something out, but the last 2 years has been gentlemen sweeps against the Jazz.

I still don’t think Giannis has had a bad playoff game yet, so I don’t question him. He’s legit. But Middleton is some mid and depending on Bledsoe just seems like a bad idea

It’s time to trade Embiid and put Simmons at the 5. Build a team and run an offense similar to the Nuggets (Jokic) and Pelicans (Zion). Have Simmons be a secondary ball handler.

You don’t think he had a bad playoff game when he had 12 points against Toronto?

Who would want/could use him and what type of haul could Philly expect back? I imagine they’d get this primary ball handler that you speak of as well as shooting. Thoughts buc em buc em amitt5504 amitt5504 Moheezy Moheezy X xxpizzo
if i am trading Jo its only to Miami for Bam and pieces.

We are where we are because Brett foolishly thought Simmons was a PG and decided to get rid of all of our PGs. The problem is solved by benching Al and moving Ben to the 4. We would still need a true PG but thats an easier solution than hoping Ben would stop being a *** and just shoot.

Jo and Ben works. Jo, Ben and Al doesnt work. Its not that hard lol easy solution is to add shooters around them but these shooters have to also be able to dribble. While J Rich, Shake, Tobias arent the most lethal shooters, they can put the ball on the floor. Burks coming in will help with that as well. Giannis has shooters around him and Middleton, Bledsoe, Hill can all put the ball on the floor as well

Bam and pieces works because Da Heats have shooters and ball handlers to offer...the problem is would they give them up? They got some great deals but gonna have to pay up in the near term

To be honest, I think him and Jimmy have had talks of him coming to Miami, and this whole wack *** attitude this year is in part because of that. So I’d assume we’d be looking at Bam, Herro and whatever else to match salary wise. A lot of time this season for Embiid to turn back into the Embiid that everyone in Philly knows and loves so we’ll see what happens and hopefully it doesn’t come down to that.
