. All jokes aside, it's great for your core especially as you get to the more advanced classes. That **** will lowkey humble you early on I personally find meditation most useful in the morning before work or if I'm really stressed in the middle of the day. Recently things have been going well so I've fallen off but typing this is a reminder I should start again The psychical + mindfulness exercises coupled with modern technology that Peloton offers is currently unmatched. I put some money in after COVID-19 began creeping into the US but it hasn't popped like I expected. Hopefully once they resume treadmill deliveries and go full throttle on the bikes, it takes off. I think people will absolutely look at home fitness differently after this pandemic, though.

Sometimes, young, seemingly healthy people do have pre-existing conditions. They just don't know it. I'm guessing a lot of Americans are going to find out about some pre-existing conditions they didn't know they had. Diabetes being the main one.
