I don’t even really see the comparisons
Rodman was something super different
He thrive off of getting into your head
and beating you mentally first
Then having you unravel on the floor in front of everyone as it was going on live
Interesting.

I would expect an older person to pick ROdman, seeing as though you were able to experience him in his DET days, where he guarded positions 2-4 on the regular.

Not to mention what he did with the Bulls.

Again, I mean no disrespect by these comments but I personally don't think Ben Wallace is on Rodman's level due to Rodman's versatility on that side of the ball.

How old are you? If you're younger than me then I can totally see why you would pick Rodman. What's your sign, by the way? Because that could help explain it, too.

Capt stay getting disrespected. MJ won the best collegiate player which by all intensive purposes is a bigger joke than people trying to compare Lebby to him on the pro level.

I don't understand why you think younger fans would pick Rodman? Is it because he is more recognizable?

This will be my 37th year of existence when my birthday arrives.

My sign is Asparagus

If you can't have a decent conversation without trolling then maybe we should save our keystrokes. Hope you have a wonderful birthday.
Excellent cop out. I figured you would use a foreign object to get out of that bind.

I urge you...to look at the username, when responding
Just entertaining the foolishness. Maybe he was getting somewhere, you never know.

eye’m not dismissing AD’s defensive impact but eye remember him having 2 single digit scoring games in the tournament.

Zion couldn’t afford to go 1-10
And Eyebrow couldn't afford to turn the ball over 4 or more times, which he did once all throughout college. Zion had 4 or more turnovers 6 times, including 5 against Michigan State in Duke's tournament loss. Actually, Zion's 78 turnovers is almost double AD's (41), yet Eyebrow played more games.

Off topic, but Duke nearly losing the two games prior to finally losing to Michigan St. last year is mind boggling.

Can’t turn the ball over when you’re just catching putbacks and playing dunker

In a vacuum, without context and nuance, I could easily see why someone would say Jalen Brunson is one of the greatest college point guards of all time.

If I took Maggie Simpson, and gave her everyone's portfolio, I am sure she might even come to that conclusion as well.

But for us that lived THROUGH the eras, we know it isn't as simple as looking at stats/awards.

Jay Williams was a DOMINANT force on the college level. Jalen Brunson was a very good college basketball PG in an era in which the best players aren't staying in the college game.

His argument lacks nuance.
Jay Williams was 100% better than Brunson. Just missing that 2nd championship.

I am in violent agreement with the both you. That’s why I said I do not like discussing who is the best college player of all-time because it’s easy to make arguments for lesser skilled players based on titles or certain awards.

Is MJ considered to have the best UNC career?

In my earlier post I mentioned a human being that selected Psycho T for that honor.

It just shows how much people are in awe by popularity voting MJ the best college player. Kareem was by far a better college player. Magic was better, Bird was better, Bill Walton, Grant Hill, Len Bias was better.

Those same people that voted...will tell you LeBron is the GOAT, and had a better career than Kareem lol.

NBA media is in a bad place.

Recency bias sums up the results.

Nothing further.

Understandable. Not upsetting
