It’s not really jumping through hoops . You need a total of 4 wins...to win a chip. One game can swing a series. Kyrie was on the court for game 1. Steph balled. Warriors won. Simple.

What about game 3 where Wardell went 3-16 from the field including 1-10 from 3 and KD dropped 43/13/7 on 65/67/100 since you like bringing up ONE game. KD sealed the deal and his 2nd finals MVP AGAIN and then the Warriors tried to cheese Steph in game 4 and he still didn't win it cause KD dropped a light work trip double. Steph is the highest caliber Robin in history. He's not Batman.

This is why these choosey stats are so dumb. If you winning games and blowing out teams by historical margins...you not going to need clutch baskets . What year in the East From 2010-2018...as the best player with the best roster in a weak conference...was LeBron James team NOT supposed to make the finals? . It’s impressive as hell. It’s literally the reason y’all call him the “goat” because he made X amount of finals in a weak conference with a stacked roster he handpicked. Twice.

Games 1-3 were at least close but game 4 was an *** kicking. I couldn't believe my eyes watching game 4.

That was the first year where I remember Kobe looking old. Limited mins for the first time in his career and he still had no juice in the playoffs.

Then the very next season he was right back to 40 mpg, 28 ppg Then that ridiculous D’Antoni/Dwight regular season when he was making all those 4th quarter shots, dunking on people

Wonder how long it would’ve taken for a decline if the achilles didn’t happen. He still had everything in his bag at 34 I was blown away
