Should've been a heads up how bad things were going to go in the playoffs for the Lakers.2011 Hornets/Lakers Game 1 is on NBATV. One of the best performances I've seen by a point guard.

he probably should have said that to Mike directly, to his face before putting it out in the media.
That would require Chuck to do the pre-work of reading the questions/topics beforehand and we know he isn’t doing that. He doesn’t even watch games
Wassup fellas hope everyone is well. Been MIA a min.
My guy KD ready yet???????
So then he should understand Mike's gripes with him. I'd call Mike petty too if I wasn't aware of his history with the media
I know Chuck is a part of the media but he's Mike's boy first
"But I thought that was one of the reasons we were great friends. Like, 'I can ask Charles anything and I know he's going to give me a straight answer.' But part of my job (as an analyst) is, because I can't go on TV and say, 'Another general manager sucks' and then just because Michael's like a brother to me say, 'He's doing a fantastic job.' That would be disingenuous."
So he needs to basically get Jordan's permission to give his (correct) opinion on Jordan sucking at his job?^^^ I agree that Mike’s being overly sensitive about the Barkley comments, but at the same time, if Chuck felt that way and really considered MJ his brother, he probably should have said that to Mike directly, to his face before putting it out in the media. That’s the part that would have bugged me if I was Mike...but probably not enough for me to cut him off and stop speaking to him altogether.
Good to hear from you bruv. How are you and the fam holding up?
I personally think the the “Will KD come back?” narrative is being overblown because there’s nothing else to talk about and It is a nice segue into “Well, what to do think about <insert sport here> coming back” or almost any other Sports x COVID topic.
It would be silly for him to come back to go up against the Raptors with or without Kyrie. I get 2020 has been tragic and we have had a lot going in but the Finals were barely even a year ago. I would would the Nets medical staff, his inner circle and most importantly KD himself hasn’t forgot about the perils of rushing back from injury.
Barkley said in 2012 that Jordan had too many people-pleasers around him and that it negatively affected his ability as an owner. The Hornets have made the playoffs just twice since Jordan became majority owner in 2010.
"Listen, if you're famous, and Michael at one point was the most famous person in the world, everybody around you is either on the payroll or letting you buy drinks and dinner and flying around on your private jet," Barkley said Tuesday. "Very few of your friends are going to be honest with you. And that's very hard for any celebrity, but especially somebody of his stature."
It was Phil.Mike was so blatant about Horace Grant being the snitch for that Jordan Rules book.
Probably hurt MJ’s feeling because he didn’t hold the door for him or forgot to say “bless you” after MJ sneezedHorace probably wasn't with MJ's BS just like Bill Cartwright
Or are you saying that he should just run it by Michael and say it even if MJ was offended?
Chuck isn’t under oath and there is a “bro code” but he has the obligation to give the public his honest opinion. Furthermore, it’s not like he snitched or let out a secret. It wasn’t even personal. He just stated something that was pretty obvious tbh. MJ’s just not ready to take the L was an owner yet.
