Lakers don't need rondo to beat anybody in the playoffs and he'll be back in time for the first round anyway. They're only 12-3 when he doesn't play

Having to potentially face 2 of the best backcourts in the league in the first 2 rounds in Portland and Houston, when your backcourt is one of the worst doesn't feel ideal. Those two teams are used to facing Curry and Klay, and are now going to go up against Alex Caruso and KCP.
Certainly not saying it's the end of the world for the Lakers or anything like that, as the Lakers in turn have a significant advantage in the frontcourt. Just think that it is far from ideal.
