When I was home last week I watched Wall’s 1st home game W in OT when yo had a near triple double on that channel ...Was random af but reminded me that Wall was pretty nice out the gateIronically, I got this on in the background while working out
I don’t remember this game but it’s post ASB and Luka didn’t play. Not sure why It’s being replayed but maybe Beal went off??
I don't know which one is funnier. When folks post those long IG stories with a dozen pics of their dad or whoever wishing them a happy bday with all these inside stories/captions... when the dad don't have IG
I feel the same way. Always thought it was weird. Parents making social media posts directed at their 14 month old children, who theoretically won't get the message until 2035. Odd.
It is a wild thing to see.I think I fell into a rabbit hole after going through the “White people adopting babies of another race” thread in General but allegedly it’s a thing where young kids (3-6 years old) will tell their parents to chill and not post “cute” (but really embarrassing) photos of them on social media. Moms were talking about how they plan to ask their kids for consent to post their photos once they turn 3 so their privacy doesn’t feel invaded It seems ridiculous at first but it makes sense IMO.
There are plenty of high profile NBA players and athletes in general not participating in the bubble so why aren’t we chastising them? Steph, KD, NFL players etc. Obviously these dudes want to HOOP and progress their careers and have a limited amount of time to do so. We’re all in this together and just like we have to work on a daily basis even through this pandemic and the social issues, I don’t blame players or anyone for wanting to do what they love and provide for their families. I think we need to look at ourselves first and what we are doing or can do and stop expecting so much from other human beings. Just my thoughtsIn most of the major cities there are still protests going on daily. Just because the media isn't showing them anymore doesn't mean they aren't happening.
Maybe just maybe if some of the highest profile athletes in the world were able to participate in them; then maybe the media would.
It’s not a “bubble”, never was and never will betrezz bout to rejoin the clippers and get everyone sick
like what are you doing nba? you cant be letting players go in and out of the bubble regardless of test results. they must not really want to finish the season

Steph team wasn’t invited, KD coming back from an injury and the NFL in an NBA bubble ??!? ...Tf you talking bout ? They have nothing to do with this, better example is players that opted outThere are plenty of high profile NBA players and athletes in general not participating in the bubble so why aren’t we chastising them? "Don't you hate when you drop your toothbrush in the sink?"That’s worse than the chicks posting pics of their mass in completely unrelated advertisements. There’s really no external value to be derived from those posts.
Kyrie hasn't been on social media. His ig could reach more millions than his interviews could, but he hasn't posted or advertised it. I have no idea what Kyrie is up to tbh. He dropped the nuclear bomb that the NBA should cancel for civil rights, then went and lived on the moon like Dr. ManhattanJust using Kyrie as an example, did anyone even know about his Breonna Taylor documentary? Did anyone watch it? If he were playing he'd have to be interviewed at some point on live TV with millions watching and he could use that opportunity to speak on it and draw more attention. He's almost as high profile as it gets and his efforts were still lost because he didn't have a platform. That's all I'm saying. People talk about LeBron not needing the networks but that's LeBron. Guys like Jeremi Grant, Garrett Temple, Avery Bradley etc could really benefit from that kind of spotlight whether it be thru the NBA or otherwise.

Glad to hear that man and I truly salute you for that. Im down here in Houston and have been trying to do the same when I can. My point is we can’t be so critical of another man for his decisions is all I’m saying. Everyone is in this fight together and ideas will work for better than criticism. I do think the BLM movement was hijacked and watered down and I think that’s why you’ve seen several players take a step back the past few weeksSpeak for yourself I been out in these streets marching, donating, signing petitions and posting on my social media almost every day to try and reach what little audience I may have.
They have every right to want to hoop just don't use the logic they did of that they'd be able to do more by being in this bubble because of a bigger platform.
My point was they are high profile athletes NOT in the bubble. They have a chance to keep the conversation going outside the bubble since the narrative in here is the players inside will be focused on hoops and causing a distraction or muzzled by the corporate sponsors. NFL players are high profile athletes which is what my post initially stated and they have the same opportunity right now.Steph team wasn’t invited, KD coming back from an injury and the NFL in an NBA bubble ??!? ...Tf you talking bout ?
