So now that the window is closed, how would you rate your club's signings?

We didn't get our first, or second, or third striker choice, but we got someone who can finally take the pressure off Giroud and adds a different dimension to our attack. It took long enough, but we got it done.

I highly rate Xhaka, and firmly believe he's the other playmaker we desperately needed to compliment Santi and Mesut. He'll be our captain in no time.

Holding looks to be a young gem, although he is prone to rookie mistakes, which is to be expected. Mustafi is an upgrade over Per and Gabriel, which is really what Koscielny deserves. Our back line is very solid, although Monreal hasn't had the best start to the season.

All in all, we did what we had to do, but of course it wasn't what we wanted, nor was it done in a timely fashion. I'd give it a 7.5/10

There were some times his form dipped but Silva is still playing at a high level. I suspect though he might've been playing hurt during those dips. I wish he'd have come to Camp Nou when left Milan...
