Hell yea, scrapple is good eat it with some pancakes or throw it on a egg and cheese sandwhich.

But yeah that looks like scrapple I dont know if it is just called something else in the South.

at....Chitterlings...neck bones, pig feet, pig tail.. However, even I

Originally from NC and I grew up on livermush, breakfast sausage, grits and home made biscuits. Up here in MN, however, it's a whole different,Scandinavian ballgame... And yes Dirty, it is tasty.
