this will not be LeBron's first nationally televised press conference ::

Basically.

On top of dan Gilbert kissing !## if Lebron said "Cleveland" out his mouth.

In the words of Canibus, "That's a %**!# move, something a **!% rapper would do..."

I can't respect it.  Say some of that (i.e. him quitting in the playoffs) immediately after the Boston series if YOU A MAN.

No nuts.

No guts.

Typical (slave) owner reaction.

He's taken is cotton pickin' elsewhere, on his terms, and now 7 years (5 years with Dan as owner) of being the best lil' profitable Blackie he could have been for his "kinda" town (dude IS from Akon, lol) is forgotten?

It's whatever.

Remember the Boozer situation?  LBJ couldn't get Ray Allen or Reed to come a few years ago, that was his shot right there.

Being a Bullets fan, I'm just glad we ain't pay Brendon $55 mil.  But that's off the topic here...

BLOW THE WHISTLE!

Lebron's 1st priority has to be money, because this move to Miami is going to kill his legacy.

He took a pay cut to come to Miami.

Cleveland could offer him the most money possible.

My-T.

I typed an entire dissertation only to hit the back button just now, so in essence I will say:

Lebron wasn't demanding a trade out of Cleveland, he was a free agent. He was about to entire another season with sub par support with a new coach and GM, and quite honestly, winters in Ohio are some of the worst around.

Old school players like Barkley say that he quit on his team. Yet are the same old school players who left as a free agent from Philadelphia when he couldn't beat Mike and Isaiah, then at Phoenix when he couldn't beat Hakeem and Utah, then when he JOINED Hakeem and got nowhere in Houston in the twilight of his career. Seems pretty similar to me.

Miami got the luck of the draw, a few smart front office moves and a very attractive quality of life made the decision very easy.

This morning Lebron James woke up with a load off his shoulders and a nice view of South Beach.

He won.

Lebron could of handled this situation alot better... That 1 hour Lebron infomercial was not neccessary.  What is disgusting is that Lebrons camp paid off the interviewer Jim Gray..  http://www.cnbc.com/id/38168279  You can not ask Lebron the hard questions because you are getting paid from his camp.. "Do you still bite your nails?" what kind of question is that?

Anybody rooting for Kobe even more?

Yeah, Scottie and Dennis they're not, but my point was that the Cavs didn't have a bad supporting cast around him. But Mike Brown was an awful coach.

*why did i just found out this weekend Delonte West banged Lebron's mom?

It just shows that alot of players nowadays simply don't believe or are scared of competition.  Everybody wants everything handed to them and sports is no different I see.  LeRobin had a chance to be mentioned as of the greatest of all-time, but now all that is gone.

Magic Johnson inherited Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Michael Cooper, Wilkes.

Larry Bird had McHale, Parrish, DJ.

You remember when LA traded Shaq and Kobe was stuck with Chucky Atkins, Caron Butler, Brian Cook and Brian Grant AND HE DEMANDED A TRADE!?

Yall kill me with the "everything handed to them" talk, yet Michael Jordan had Scottie Pippen, ANOTHER TOP 50 GREAT OF ALL TIME right by his side during EVERY championship. What was Mike doing when he was passing to Blue Edwards? Oh thats right, he wasn't, because he wasn't winning by himself.

"Players nowadays", negro please. You're 24. You are nowadays.
