Son, seriously though, this is much more annoying. 
Something that's not thread worthy just means no one wants to talk about it, so it's not worth posting anyway.
Like that Timbland interview, no gives a @#** about that *@@#, so why would you bump a two year thread to post it?

Use some common sense: If you feel like something won't get any comments in a new thread then it won't get comments in another thread, also.

All you  doing is flooding !+*% with old !%# threads people don't give a @#** about anymore and pushing the relevant new threads to the back.
