I can't decide if Jordan was inspired by camp lanyard class or medieval armor. Either way, this design makes for an ugly and impractical basketball shoe.

List lost all credibility after reading this. It did take me a minute to get used to them though.

and yes, the XIXs are a monstrosity and I'm glad I'm not the only one that didn't like the XVIII's at all.

They were definitely hot in the 909, the Inland Empire area of SoCal. Everyone wanted 'em, everyone talked about 'em, everyone knewsomeone with 'em, but no one liked the $200 price tag.
