Grinding levels >>> Rare candies for PvP battles

When I found out the stat growth was stunted when you level up with rare candies, I stopped using them.

I know it might be me going insane from watching too much of this stream, but recently everytime they send out Pidgeot I don't hear Pidgeot's cry anymore. I hear it say Bird Jesus. I can't unhear it. :lol:
I have to stop watching this. :lol:
